Strasburg Rail Road #2! Rarely scene outside, makes an appearance on August 2nd in the yard likely freeing up some space inside the shops. Built in 1930 and purchased by Strasburg in 1984, the engine was used during construction of Holtwood and Safe Harbor dams and later in use with the Pennsylvania Water & Power Company.
