| 66009 arrives at Standish Junction with an engineers train for the Swindon line.Standish is where the former Midland Railway line from Bristol to Birmingham splits from the old Great western Line from Gloucester to London Paddington.Engineering work is currently taking place to double track the Kemble to Swindon section,singled in 1964. |
