| In early 2001 WC borrowed some former Conrail SD80MACs to test DP performance on seasonal ore trains operating from Minnesota to Escanaba, Michigan. Here 802 leads a WC SD45 south on the DM&IR with a train of ex-C&NW cars loaded at the Minorca plant. Usually these operated with one MAC on the front and one on the rear when they operated over the WC. |
