    Remarks & Notes
Sitting in the shops area near the northern end of the Napoleon branch - DT&I's mainline in pre-Henry Ford days - 222 waits for its crew to board and head for the Campbell Soup factory across the river, then make a run down to the mainline at Malinta.

My favorite railroad when I was young and even today. When I was growing up I can remember seeing these big orange beasts lumbering around the Jackson shops and yard.

Things change. Railroads are no different. A collection of images showing the railroads as they used to be.
