| UP5499 is leading the daily Union Pacific manifest train MRVRO at the site of the former Hogan, Nevada. Never a real town, Hogan was just a construction camp for the nearby Hogan Tunnel, also known as the Flowery Lake Tunnel. The 5676’ long tunnel is around a mile in front of the train on this former Western Pacific trackage and pierces the Pequop Range in eastern Nevada. |
