    Remarks & Notes
End of the line. At the end of BNSF's Niobe Subdivision in Northgate, ND is the Boundary Line. It's not the boundary to Montana or Minnesota; but the International Border between the USA and Canada. The red flag has been moved further and further into Canada, as in order to run around the local at Northgate, we have to sneak close to the red flag, and only two GP's will fit. CN owned the rails on the other side, but abandoned them sometime in the 80's or 90's. I'm sure they're kicking themselves for doing it now, with the insane oil boom.
