Union Pacific's 150th Anniversary Tour Train, while making its round of the Western United States, makes a stopover at Portland's Union Station for folks to peruse through exhibits and bear witness to UP's E-Unit Set. The morning started off overcast, but the clouds are slowly breaking up for a stellar day in the Rose City.
