| A pair of high-hood EMD locomotives grab two boxcars from the siding at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Salisbury, North Carolina on January 31, 2014. PCA is the fourth largest manufacturer of corrugated packing materials in the country, with over 100 plants like this one in operation. |
