Southern Pacific Fairbanks-Morse H24-66 3031 makes a station stop with train #147 in Sunnyvale on February 3, 1975 before continuing its run to San Francisco. By this late date 3031 was the last of SP's sixteen Train Masters still in service, with only two days remaining. On February 5 the 3031 would make its last run, on train #147. A few months later the engine was scrapped at Associated Metals. Kodachrome II
