| The Iowa Northern split the north train today at Greene due to last night's winter storm. The 1st crew ran lite power north to cut crossings and bust thru snow drifts. Well between Rockford and Nora Springs the snow has drifted in pretty good. The crew stopped pushing thru this drift to get MofW out to see what to do. All efforts were trying to be made not to get stuck! As you see in the foreground, the wind shaped the countryside in many ways. |
