A loaded ethanol train out of Arthur, IA, bound for the east coast via the CSXT at Chicago, IL, is parked at Hilltop for the night. CSXT isn't taking trains at Chicago due to winter weather issues. 4 days later this train final made it out of Freeport into Chicago.
