| The Manchester Turn out of Dubuque is done with the setout at Big River Ethanol, and now blasts westbound out of Dyersville with 21 cars for Manchester. This job does all the local work between Dubuque and Manchester and connects with the Cedar Rapids local L563 at Manchester. Due to shortage of power at Dubuque, this local crew is using the Dubuque switcher power, instead of using the 1 road unit this L565 normally has. |
