The new face of the MBTA, sporting the new paint scheme as decided by the people of Massachusetts. Number 2001, the MPI/GE built HSP46, was out for clearance testing on the Fitchburg line. As soon as it has been tested on all of the commuter lines, it can be put into revenue service.
