The St. Paul, MN, to Kansas City, MO, manifest train heads out of Bellevue as it passes the Potter’s Mill on the south side of town. The building is 9500 square feet of preserved historic architecture that is currently for sale for $350,000. This mill was originally built in 1845, seen a few railroad changes over the years.
