| The Northern Plains Thief River Falls Turn pulls onto its own rails through the switch at Dakota Junction after depositing a string of loaded grain from North Dakota and picking up more empties for refilling at one of the many grain facilities between Thief River Falls and points west. Despite being late March, snow and winter weather has gripped the region enough where packed snow on the nose of this tunnel motor is still a reality. |
