| Re 465 018 of the BLS, rented to "Railcare" railway and decorated as "Flash Fire", is pulling train 50512 from Mendrisio to Oensingen with swap bodies for Coop. In the foreground the two tracks of the future Gotthard base tunnel line, which will go into the 57 kilometer long tunnel about 500 meter behind the photographer. Behind the train the buiding "Periscopo" of the new operations center south of the SBB, which will open in april 2014 and control and supervise the old and new Gotthard line from Luino and Chiasso in the south till north of Arth Goldau in the north. |
