| NAFTA meets the New York Central. An empty CSX ethanol train rolls WB with a Ferromex-Canadian Pacific combo. The pair are seen passing one of the few remaining NYC towers left on the Water Level Route, Tower 30 or Signal Station 30 as the NYC once called this building. This tower has seen better days but at least it is still standing. Here is a scene as I stood in this spot 23 years earlier when this was the Conrail Chicago Line
