Normally, the "West Local" doesn't travel west of Rocky Flats but on certain occasion it does to pick up bad ordered car(s) at Pinecliffe. Seen here, after swapping ends, the crew lines the derail and house track switch where they'll set out two MOW Flat Cars before heading back east with the bad ordered tank car to Denver.
