Days before the end of ferry service by EL the commuters from Hoboken disembark at Barclay St. for their jobs. Most commuters who made the daily trek from New Jersey were already using PATH trains which took them to the next stop near the future site of the WTC. For these die hards, it's likely the reason they still rode the ferry is the simple fact their offices were across the street or in close proximity.
