38Q pulls out of the siding at Schuleen after meeting 15T. Schuleen is the east end of the siding at Marion. Marion is located on the Pulaski District at MP 364. The Pulaski District runs from Walton, Junction with the Christiansburg District near Radford, VA, to Ford in Bristol, TN, total of 110 miles.
