Electric arc. Electric train ED4M departs early morning from Fryazevo station. On December 2010 freezing rain fell on Moscow and vicinity. The glaze ice accumulation caused a number of accidents and power outages. Roads, trees, wires covered by a thick layer of ice. On all electrified railways in Moscow region were constantly cases of electric arcs...
