| CSX unit grain train G656-29 sits tied down at the Big Sandy Holdout, aka Floodwall. With 30 minutes of time left, the crew is told to tie the train down, as Russell Yard was full and the tracks between Big Sandy Junction and Russell Yard were stacked with trains, also waiting to go into Russell. |
