Remarks & Notes

ex-C&NW 900. Unit was traded into Alco and was a lease unit for them and then Precision National before being sold to Peabody. Peabody's line became landlocked after the ex-B&O line (last operated by Prairie Trunk Ry.) was torn up. The GP10 is where the diamond with the former B&O/PARY line was. The mine closed in 1993 and the rails were later removed. If anyone has any info on what happened to the #900, please let me know.
