Having just been loaded at the Antelope Mine, a southbound loaded UP coal train fights and claws its way up the 1% grade of Logan Hill north of Bill, WY. This train is headed for unloading at the Electric Energy Inc power plant located in Joppa, Illinois, the very southern tip of the state.
