| Powder River coal train 734 starts up out of CP Webb with a fresh crew on board. In just a few minutes, they'll encounter an hour-plus delay due to two failed engines on the manifest pulling out on the right side of the photo. Eventually, the crew will get underway again and take the train to Atlanta before it arrives at Georgia Power's Plant Scherer in Juliette, GA. |
