Remarks & Notes

The Utah Railway has historically rostered interesting secondhand diesel locomotives. They acquired a quartet of RSD-15 'alligators' from the Santa Fe in 1975. The UTAH 402, 401, 400, 403 and RSD-12 600 pull a train of UP coal empties east through Spanish Fork Canyon on Feb. 19, 1977.
