| A pair of matching Geeps idle just east of the Fairbanks shop building as we roll out of town at 0820 on the southbound Denali Star bound for Anchorage some 355 miles south. In the foreground we are looking over the tops of loaded coal hoppers from the second level viewing platform of a Goldstar car. To the left is some heavy machinery used for intermodal transfers. |
