| The daily Kirk Yard to Waterloo manifest train is pulling the 12 mile grade out of the Mississippi River Valley west of Dubuque. Here the train passes a nice farmstead near MP 194, made famous by RP photographer Thomas Johnson. When the crew gets to Waterloo they will switch their inbound train out to makeup L571 for the run to Ft. Dodge overnight. |
