This is a loaded oil train out of Tioga, ND, bound for unloading at Philadelphia, PA, via interchange with the CSXT in Chicago. Here the train works along the Mississippi River near Lock and Dam #9. The train is crossing one of many small back water location, this one is called Leitner Hollow.
