Patriot Railroad's Columbia & Cowlitz Railway Woods line, runs from Longview, Washington to Headquarters, Washington, where there is a county owned land fill that the railroad services. Here we see a down hill, inbound loaded extra led by GP-38 #3804 plus three other units at Milco siding on the out skirts of Kelso, Washington. this train is hauling loaded Tank cars from the landfill. These tank cars are loaded with waste water to be brought down to a water treatment facility in the Longview Mill site
