| Penultimate service from Barcelona to Hendaye, Bilbao and Salamanca (named "Miguel de Unamuno") with Talgo III material. This would also be the penultimate day of movement of Talgo III in commercial service. With nearly 45 years since it started running in August 1964, the Talgo III marked a before and after in the future of the Renfe railways and was once the fastest, the most modern and the most exclusive of the passenger trains. |
