| EF 30007 is assisted by 30249 on manifest train 240 from Wellington to Auckland, seen near Marton crossing the Rangitikei River. This train will soon cross this river twice again but on viaducts over 250ft high! The EF class locomotives are the most powerful on KiwiRail network and were built in mid 1980's by Brush in UK. |
