A pack of GP-38's throttle up for the fight to Hampton Junction with 80 loads of Carter Roag coal bound for the Ukraine via Baltimore. The ex-B&O leader is right at home on this former Baltimore & Ohio line, known as the "End of the World" by the railroaders who worked it.
