"Navigating the Tight Radius"
Although thousands of people cross over these tracks every day on their way to the Holland Tunnel for access to New York City, few pay mind to these tracks which serve as a crucial access point for the countless CSX intermodals/ethanols from Chicago which are destined for the Jersey ports/refineries. The radius of this curve is so tight that trains are not permitted to exceed 10 MPH while traversing this segment of track. |
