| Union Pacific 5839 leads a hot manifest train, the MWCNP 31 (West Colton CA to North Platte NE), over the Summit of Cajon Pass on a snowy New Year's Eve 2014. Assisting the AC4400CW are Ferromex ES44AC 4667 and UP SD60M 2490 and SD70M 4278 (with AC4400CW 6473 as the rear DPU). This train is hot enough that management tracks its progress very closely to ensure no delays. |
