Remarks & Notes

UP 3081 hanging out in the back of Laramie's yard. Once a busy division point and a junction for the line to Coalmont, CO, there is little action here other than through trains ... The town still has a nice depot, heritage equipment, and a great pedestrian bridge over the yard and main. UP 3081, born as C&NW 6918, will celebrate its 40th year in service in February 2015.
