| Back in the spring of 2013, about an hour after 202 came through eastbound (pictured here), 15T heads west out of Knoxville. NS’ West End District parallels Westland Drive for a distance here at CP Ebenezer (off in the distance). A NS signal maintainer and his vehicle are also seen at the CP. |
