Remarks & Notes

Talgo Set "Mount Baker" wrapping around BNSF empty wells train and a yard switcher. The Cascade had a low green at the home signals of the Vancouver Center interterlocking while the BNSF well train waited for a southbound Cascade #513 to clear.
