| The new CTC from Glenwood to Hoffman has been turned on. There are still a few kinks to work out, though, as a westbound empty oil train tries to depart Glenwood for the Elbow Lake Sub. They have a clear signal off of the "old main," but as they approached the interlocking they could see that the switch was actually lined against them for the diverging route to the "new main" and "the pass" (the two signals in the picture now protect those tracks). They would eventually have to hand line their route and be talked by the signals. NS has provided something new of their own: brand new SD70ACe NS 1128 is doing the honors on the head end. |
