Three Montana Rail Link SD45s (351, 326 and 355) fly along the Second Subdivision just east of Livingston with a BNSF manifest freight on September 28, 2014. Even though these flared motors are rebuilt (MRL calls them SD45-2s), their 20-cylinder EMD 645s still hum behind tonnage when asked to, and sound great doing so…
