Inside VIA Rail dome-observation “Banff Park” at the forward portion of the rear lounge is a stairway ascending to the dome. On the right is a small coffee bar, while under the dome and accessed through the passageway on the left is a cocktail bar and lounge. The forward portion of the car also has 3 double bedrooms and a drawing room. These "Park" series observation cars (each named after a Canadian park) built by Budd for Canadian Pacific in 1954.
