| Double header on the V&T at Gold Hill - One of my favorite vistas along the line and a favorite photo from a two day charter with Lerro Productions at the V&T featuring former Longview, Portland & Northern Railway #680 leading McCloud River #18 in a scene prototypical of the line when double headers were quite common thanks to the steep grades and heavy ore trains. |
