| On a beautiful East Tennessee morning, the Three Rivers Rambler has begun it's second weekend of spring 2015 operations. At the throttle of Washington & Lincolnton 203 on this day is none other than RailPictures co-founder Chris Starnes, giving a friendly wave. The train has begun to slow significantly (from it's blistering normal pace of about 10 MPH) as it nears the end of the morning run. One of KXHR's SW1500s is coupled to the tail end of the train, and will drag the consist back to the station on the UT campus. |
