| The quintessential KXHR shot. On a beautiful East Tennessee morning, the Three Rivers Rambler has begun it's second weekend of spring 2015 operations. At the throttle of Washington & Lincolnton 203 on this day is none other than RailPictures co-founder Chris Starnes. The train is seen here traversing the Holston River bridge, nearing the end of the morning run. |
