Remarks & Notes

The real prize when visiting the Dardanelle and Russellville was this honest-to-goodness cast-frame, Winton-engine, Electro Motive Corporation switcher from the 1930's. Fortunately, this locomotive escaped the scrapper's torch, and is now at the Illinois Railroad Museum.
