During times of motive power shortages SP puts together sets of power for use in captive "hauler" service between it's large West Colton yard and points west in the Los Angeles basin. Here a set of solid DRGW "hauler" power is leading a ICTF bound stack train through Bell Gardens on the exPacific Electric Walker Line
