Interesting GP38-2 with flared radiators.

Thanks to a comment, I researched this ... this locomotive was one of the GP40Xs delivered to Union Pacific (UP 90, then UP 9000, then UP 954, before being re-graded to a GP38-2 by NRE in the 2005-6 timeframe.
