With empty coal hoppers for the classification yard at Russell in tow, CSX #86 begins the trek up the Big Sandy Valley from Shelby to Russell, passing the ex-C&O bracket signals at the West End of Pauley Siding, where a Clear signal has lit up for an eastbound grain train passing the west end of the siding.
