| Chicago & North Western Dash 9-44CW 8637 leads a southbound Union Pacific train under Highway 58 in Woodford, California, as it climbs toward the summit at Tehachapi. The train's consist includes UP SD40-2 3931 and a Southern Pacific SD70M - While all three engines are owned by UP, not one of them was purchased new by the railroad (UP 3931 is the former Missouri Pacific 6031). |
