The Rio Grande had been gone for eight years and the SP for nearly a year, and an all Rio Grande powered UP coal train was still a possibility in 1997. DRGW 5342, DRGW 5395, DRGW 5505, and DRGW 5404 pull 77 loads near Mill Fork in Spanish Fork Canyon on June 22, 1997.
